Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Care Co-Ordinator to join our team based in  Burton upon Trent DE14

About the role

As a Care Co-Ordinator you will be required to schedule and allocate work to a team Care Workers on a daily / weekly basis. You will be providing supervision and support to Care Workers and Field Supervisors. The role will involve liaising with Social Services and all other social and health care professionals involved in the care of service users. There will be also an opportunity to take part in the recruitment and selection of potential employees. The role will also involve performing duties of a Care Worker when required and participate in the out of hours on-call service. 

 Skills and Qualifications required for the role

You will have experience providing care and support services to vulnerable adults and committed to setting and maintaining high standards in every area of work. You will need a Senior/ Team leader role experience.  You will have a minimum of an NVQ Level 2 working towards Level 3 Health and Social Care. The role will require you to have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Shifts

Office based  in Burton upon Trent, Monday - Friday 9 to 5 and alternate weekend out of hours oncall phone. care Duties required if needed.
