Community Lead Nurse (RGN) Radis Community Care is looking to recruit a Community Lead Nurse to join our team of community nurses in the community. This role requires travel for our services along the M5 corridor. What you'll be doing You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our clients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a community nurse, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting support staff with training and competencies. Writing support plans, risk assessments a knowledge of ACP would be advantageous, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.

Skills & Qualifications required The role requires a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN) with 6-12 months of post-registration, RGN Qualification highly desirable. Candidates should have a solid knowledge of NMC guidelines, requests, and professional practices, along with evidence of continuing professional development.
